Terms and Conditions of 111b – Terms of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "111b" or "Platform": refers to the 111b.world website and all services, products, and features available through it, including Sports Betting, live casino, poker, blackjack, slots, and crash games.
• "User" or "You": any individual who accesses, browses, or uses 111b's services after accepting these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account": individual profile created by the User upon completing registration on 111b, linked to a unique CPF and a valid email address.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) available in the User's Account for placing bets and playing games.
• "Bonus": promotional credit granted by 111b under the specific conditions of each offer, subject to rollover requirements and an expiration date.
• "Rollover": the total amount the User must wager using the received bonus before being eligible to withdraw any winnings generated from that bonus.
• "Bet": the commitment of a portion of the Balance on a sporting event or casino game, with the possibility of a return based on the applicable odds or rules.
• "Pix": Brazil's Central Bank instant payment system, available as a deposit and withdrawal method at 111b.

To create an account and use the services of 111b, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration. 111b has a zero-tolerance policy toward underage access and requires mandatory identity verification for all users.
• Be a resident of Brazil and the holder of a CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) valid and issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, CPF, email address, and mobile number.
• Having no active or suspended account at 111b under any other CPF or email address.
• Not be subject to an active self-exclusion on any betting platform.

Registration is free and can be completed at 111b.world or through the platform's mobile app. Each individual may hold only an account at 111b. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be held pending review.

Once the account is created, the User is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — email and password — confidential. 111b strongly recommends:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available in the account dashboard.
• Do not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Immediately notify support at suporte@111b.world if you detect any suspicious or unauthorized access to your account.

111b is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's own carelessness or negligence. All bets and transactions carried out using an account's credentials are the account holder's responsibility.

Users may update their registration details through the account dashboard. CPF changes are not permitted. If there is a discrepancy between the registered details and the documents submitted during verification, the account may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.

All financial transactions on the 111b are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$). No currency conversion applies, and no other currency is accepted on the platform.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Pix — credit within 60 seconds, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00.
• Boleto bancário — settlement period of 1 to 2 business days. Minimum deposit: R$ 30.00.
• Credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — credited in up to 5 minutes.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — digital wallets with fast processing.
• TED Transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

Withdrawals: The withdrawal method available to each User depends on the method used for the deposit. Pix is the default withdrawal method, with processing in up to 15 minutes at any time of day. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. 111b may require identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or withdrawals of large amounts.

111b does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by intermediary financial institutions are the User's responsibility. The platform reserves the right to limit withdrawals if fraud or a violation of these Terms is suspected.

Sports betting at 111b cover more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and tennis. The specific rules for each market are available in the platform's help section.

• Bets are accepted up to market closing time, which varies by event and bet type.
• Live bets may be closed early by 111b in cases of technical instability in data transmission or suspension of the event by the organizing body.
• Results are settled based on official information provided by the relevant governing bodies and event organizers — CBF, Confederação Brasileira de Vôlei, NBA, and others.
• In the event of a tie not covered by the market, or if an event is suspended, cancelled, or abandoned before regulation time, the bet is voided and the staked amount is returned to the User's balance.
• Odds are set by 111b's trading team and may change until the market closes. A bet is always recorded at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.
• Parlays are allowed. The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 1.00.

111b reserves the right to limit, void, or cancel any bets that show signs of irregularity, match manipulation, or violation of the platform's terms of use.

The 111b offers a wide variety of casino games, including live blackjack with real dealers, poker tables, slots from certified providers, crash games, baccarat, and roulette. Each game operates according to specific rules available within the game interface or in the help section.

• Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios with professional dealers and operate using random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors.
• Casino game results are final once each round is completed. Claims regarding already-completed rounds will only be considered if a documented technical fault can be proven.
• Users are responsible for reviewing the rules of each game before placing bets. Unfamiliarity with the rules is not grounds for canceling bets or refunding losses.
• 111b may temporarily suspend any game for maintenance or updates without prior notice. Bets in progress at the time of a technical suspension are voided and the amounts refunded.

Crash games and slots have their return-to-player (RTP) rates published in each game's description. Classic blackjack with basic strategy offers an RTP of up to 99.5%. These figures are averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session.

The 111b offers regular bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific conditions described in the corresponding offer, which supplement these Terms and Conditions.

General rules applicable to all 111b bonuses:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (bet multiplier) that must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from the bonus. The specific rollover is described in each offer.
• The bonus validity period starts from the activation date. Unused bonuses that expire within the period are automatically canceled with no refund.
• Only one bonus may be active on a User's account at a time, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
• Free bets do not generate real-money balance directly — only the net winnings from the free bet are credited as real balance, in accordance with the terms of each offer.
• Bets on events with odds below 1.50 (for single bets) generally do not count toward rollover completion, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• 111b reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is suspicion of abuse, creation of multiple accounts, or violation of these Terms.

The 111b VIP Program is a loyalty program that rewards active users with progressive benefits. The four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — are calculated automatically based on monthly betting volume.

• The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from Monday through Sunday and credited every Sunday by 11:59 PM. No request needed — the credit is applied automatically.
• VIP levels are recalculated monthly. Users who do not meet the minimum volume for their current level may be downgraded the following month.
• Accumulated VIP points do not expire as long as the account remains active.
• Monthly free bets from the VIP Program follow the same general bonus rules outlined in section 7.
• Dedicated VIP managers are available to Gold and Diamond members. Contact is made exclusively through 111b's official channels.
• 111b may modify the criteria, benefits, and structure of the VIP Program with prior notice to affected users.

The User agrees not to engage in any of the following actions while using the platform 111b:

• Creating more than one account or using a third party's account to place bets.
• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity under Brazilian law.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or any vulnerability in the platform.
• Placing coordinated bets with third parties to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (abusive arbitrage).
• Using automated software, bots, or any non-human access system to interact with the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward members of the 111b support team.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through the settings dashboard or by contacting support at suporte@111b.world. The voluntary closure process includes:

• Settlement of all pending bets.
• Withdrawal of the available real balance to the Pix key or bank account registered under the User's CPF.
• Automatic cancellation of active, unfulfilled bonuses.

The 111b may unilaterally close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed or suspected violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Submitting false or inconsistent documentation during identity verification.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the User.
• Order from a court or competent regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity as defined by the platform's internal policy.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, 111b may hold the available balance until the internal investigation is complete. Balances derived from bonus abuse will not be refunded.

The 111b handles users' personal data in accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018). The information collected — full name, CPF, email address, physical address, payment details, and usage history — is used exclusively to:

• Operation and maintenance of the User's account.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions.
• Identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Sending communications about bonuses, promotions, and platform updates, in line with the User's preferences.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

111b does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data at any time through the account dashboard or by emailing suporte@111b.world. The 111b is committed to responsible gambling and provides control tools for all users:

• Deposit limit: set daily, weekly, or monthly limits directly from the account dashboard.
• Self-Exclusion: pause your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months with a single click — no explanation required.
• Betting history: access your full history of bets, deposits, and withdrawals at any time.
• Financial reality: only bet amounts you can afford to lose without harming your financial or personal well-being.

Use of the platform is prohibited for users under 18. Mandatory identity verification is the primary control mechanism. The 111b makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and functioning properly. However, 111b is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the User.
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Third-party decisions affecting sporting events covered by the platform, such as cancellations, suspensions, or regulatory changes by governing bodies.
• Exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by intermediary financial institutions on deposits and withdrawals.

111b's maximum liability to the User, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the User's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

The 111b reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 15 days before they take effect.

The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date of the new terms.

For emergency changes required by law or regulation, 111b may implement updates with immediate effect, notifying users on the same date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform 111b shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect.

111b's failure to exercise any right set forth in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
